I entered the fitness world in 2005 as the skinny guy who could not gain muscle, no matter how much I ate or trained. My own struggle with misinformation taught me the hard way that success is not about effort alone. It is about the right knowledge. That frustration ignited my passion, leading me to a Personal Training diploma and years of research into the science of how the body builds muscle and moves effectively.

My philosophy is built on this foundation: clear, structured guidance. I focus on proven principles like progressive overload in training and strategic nutrition, cutting through the noise to deliver what actually works. I know the biggest frustration is not seeing progress, which is why TRAYNIT is designed to make results undeniable. With workout tracking, progress photos, and personalised meal plans that fit your life, you will see your transformation.
